Mold/ Mildew generally microspores that start to grow when it gets nutrition, not enough sun rays.

Method
Step1- Protection
Shut off the water line to the toilet tank. Flush down all water from the tank. Remove the remaining water by using a rag.
Step2- Dry the bowl and Stick the Duct Tape
Dry the bowl and adhesive the Duct Tape opening the rim jets. You can take a mirror to see more visible.
Step3- Pour the Vinegar
Take a bucket and add one gallon of White vinegar. Then pour the whole thing into the empty toilet tank.
Flush down completely. The vinegar goes down the bowl but keeps by Duct tape.
Leave it for about one and a half hours, or you can leave it the whole night if too much mold forms.
Steps4- Cleaning
Take Baking soda sprinkle all over the bowl and affected areas. Spray vinegar over the baking soda. Make bubbles.
After the time pass, rub the ceramic wall, remove the duct tape.
All fluid comes out from the rim jet. You can see the white vinegar become deep green or black color.
Clean the rim holes with the angular wire.
Step5- Turn on the waterline
Connect the water so the tank refills again and flushes down two to three times.
If possible, repeat the process.
This way at first, you may remove all molds from the inner part of the toilet, then add one cup of vinegar in the toilet tank every 5 days alternative. Vinegar can prevent regrowth.
Other Alternative Methods to Get Rid of Black Mold in Toilet Bowl
- Make 1:10 bleach solution. Spray all over the affected areas and wipe them out.
- Pour one cup of bleach into the toilet tank every week.
- If possible, try to keep the toilet dry.
- Arrange for the sunlight to enter the bathroom.
- Open all windows and keep a good ventilation system. So the air circulates and becomes fresh.
- If someone Diabetic uses the toilet, manage another one where mold does not grow.
- Consider using a bleach toilet tab.
- Switch on the air vent to keep moisture and air circulating at least.
- Every time using the bathroom open all windows, the open door help to dry out the room.
- Flush whenever used in the bathroom.
